Return and Refund Policy

At Bind Spot LLC, we take pride in the quality of our magnetic hat clips. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom and Personalized Orders (Non-Refundable)
Due to the nature of custom-made products, all items featuring custom logos, personalized branding, or bespoke designs are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Once a custom order is placed and production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or changes to the order. We strongly recommend that customers carefully review all logo files, artwork, digital proofs, and order specifications before providing final approval.
Bind Spot LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, or design issues that have been approved by the customer prior to production.
2. Blank (Non-Custom) Items
Blank (non-customized) items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, provided they meet all of the following conditions:

The item is unused and in its original condition.

The item is returned in its original packaging.

The item is suitable for resale.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at bindspot.us@gmail.com and include your order number.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bind Spot LLC is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund amount for returned blank items.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:

Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
After reviewing and verifying the claim, Bind Spot LLC may, at its sole discretion:

Provide a replacement item at no additional cost; or

Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Bind Spot LLC reserves the right to request the return of the defective item before processing a replacement or refund.
4. Exceptions and California Consumer Rights
While custom and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, Bind Spot LLC fully complies with all applicable California consumer protection laws.
If a custom product is materially different from the customer-approved proof or mock-up, including but not limited to incorrect logo placement, incorrect artwork, or significant production errors, customers must notify us promptly upon receipt of the order.
Upon verification, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue through replacement, correction, or refund, as appropriate.
