2. Custom Orders and Proof Approval

  • Responsibility: For custom orders, you are responsible for the accuracy of the files, logos, and design instructions provided to us.

  • Approval Process: We will provide digital proofs for your approval before production. Once you approve the proof, Bind Spot LLC is not responsible for any design errors, including typos, color discrepancies, or layout issues.

  • Modifications: Changes to an order after production has commenced are not permitted.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Customer Content: By submitting logos or designs, you represent that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use such materials. You grant Bind Spot LLC a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • Our Content: All content, designs, and images on our website are the property of Bind Spot LLC and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Payment must be made in full before production of custom orders begins. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on bulk orders (20+ units).

  • Bind Spot LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage to items passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Bind Spot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
