2. Free Shipping for Bulk Orders

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all bulk orders of 20 units or more within the United States.

For orders under 20 units, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

At Bind Spot LLC, we entrust your packages to professional shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • Carrier Liability: Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the delivery and safety of the package lies with the carrier. Bind Spot LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

  • Our Support: We understand how frustrating a lost package can be. While we cannot directly replace items lost or stolen by the carrier, we are committed to assisting you. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, or if it is significantly delayed, please contact us at bindspot.us@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier and provide any documentation needed to help you resolve the issue.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to reship it.

Currently, we ship primarily within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us for a custom quote.
